Based on the preview photos that I’ve seen, I don’t really think the price for this figure is justified.

The normal edition is scheduled for release in October and will be retailing for around 8,900 yen. There is also another limited edition that can be bought from the GEE! Store.

Her facial expression and the classic moe pose is just too difficult to resist. I’d probably get the limited edition verison ^^

Personally I thought the previous figure by Kotobuki was much better, since she had the nice detail of the skirt hanging by her ankle.

Contestants are free to use their imagination and any handmade accessories or background props to create interesting situational photos of their figures.

Apart from creativity, judges would also be looking for photography skills such as lighting, shot angle for considerations.

Sadly not all figures are allowed in this contest. Only products from Resinya’s “Portrait Collection” range, as well as figures from Azone’s “Pure Neemo” series are allowed. The photo can then be submitted via online or to any GEE! Store.

Deadline is September 30th with the winner announcement scheduled for mid October.

They should have a Figma photo contest since many of us bring around a Figma in our bags.

This is the 1/6 Shana PVC (Alice Blue Limited Edition) by Resinya and I’m really lovin it!

Those who want a larger resolution can get it off my flickr account.

Hopefully I will work out some time to do a proper photo shoot for her. Its been too long since I done one. Maybe I’d try to make it for the next Figurakuen photo meeting.

The dark-haired featured above is the original Noir version and can be bought everywhere.

There is also an amiami limited Alice Blue version, which can only be bought off the amiami online store. She looks very nice in pastel colors.

Lastly would be the GEE! store limited Strawberry Red version. I like this version the best and intend to get it.

I’d really like to see what the quality of figurine they are gonna offer. Maybe in the future they will start offering packages like buy a t-shirt get a figurine or something =P
