Calbee has come up with a really delicious looking commercial for their Jagabee Potato Sticks, and just looking at it makes me feel hungry XD

I’m also quite intrigued by how they managed to stick one of those potato stick into the baked potato. Probably using a hole at the bottom.

Here’s the perfect snack for those who enjoys clubbing – Pringles Night Club Potato Chips that is released in Japan.

If you look at the bottom of the can, it reads:

Spice for adults – Black Pepper

Even a normal salt and pepper potato chip can be sold for a premium price if you name it right ^^

Butter Jagariko Potato Sticks

Today’s breakfast is the yummy buttered Jarariko Potato Sticks by Calbee.

Why is it called Jagariko?

Jagariko comes from Jagaimo meaning potato. A woman named Rikako was a friend of the creator, thus Jagaimo and Rikako was combined to yield Jagariko. Recommended! One of our favoriate snacks!

Personally I prefer Jagariko to Jagabee because it is crispier and it has more variety of flavor as well.

Heart-Shaped Potatoes

Recently I’ve been hooked on this potato snack called Jagabee. They almost taste like real Fries that I sometimes wonder if my taste buds are playing tricks on me.

Now onto the real potato story of the day.

Heart-shaped potatoes has been unearthed in the home garden of a 57-year-old resident Yasutaka Inazumi in Himeji, Hyogo prefecture.

A relative visiting Inazumi’s home reportedly dug up two potatoes shaped like hearts and each measuring about 3-4 centimeters across.

“They’re unusual, and I’m happy just to look at them,” said Inazumi, who has placed the potatoes on a white sheet of paper on top of the shoe cupboard at the entrance of his home, delighting visitors.

I guess the guy must have put losta love while planting those potatoes.

That interesting story aside, who else loves potatoes like me?
