Fans of Japanese collectible toys might be familiar with Be@rbricks, a collectible toy designed and produced by the Japanese company MediCom Toy Incorporated. For Today’s Japan Photo, we shall take a look at these rather cool Be@rbricks Statue that are being displayed in Tokyo.

Just out of curiosity, how many of you have collected Be@rbricks before? It would be cool if MediCom were to produce them in such gigantic scale but shipping would probably be a killer XD

Kaneda Shotaro and his bike will be released seperately in March 2010. Kaneda will retail for around 17,800 yen, while his bike will retail for a hefty 38,000 yen. Interested folks can place your preorders with Hobby Search [Kaneda Shotaro] and [Kaneda's Bike] or Hobby Link Japan [Kaneda Shotaro] and [Kaneda's Bike].

I think the bike is really an awesome buy, especially with the cool lighting effects. But the entire setup is just way too costly even for me >_<
