When their vocalist Maki left the band in 2008 to marry Masato Nakamura, the band never quite recovered and their new vocalist HALCA proved to be less than a replacement. Someday I hope Maki will decide to return to the music industry and we can see HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR comes back together again, just like Do As Infinity Reuniting after a hiatus.

Here’s one of my favorite song from the band, hope everyone can still remember them when they are gone from the stage.

The most expensive bundle will consist of her new album titled “universe, her compilation album titled “Best ~third universe”, and a DVD containing the music videos for the songs in the best compilation album. Her new album is expected to be released on 03 Feb 2009.

In the meantime, you folks can enjoy her recently released single “Lick Me” back in June. I love this song because I thought she looked really cute as the ice-cream parlour waitress. I also can’t wait for her new single “Can we go back” to be released. I heard some preview on youtube and it sounds really good.

I really enjoyed the album as well. My favorite tracks are Etsuraku Camellia [悦楽カメリア], TRICKSTER, Astrogation and Yume no Tsuzuki [夢の続き].

The full PV was finallly aired on TV yesterday and kind folks have already uploaded it onto the internet.

Maybe some day the girls of K-On! will be able to achieve such awesome-ness as YUI. ^^

Despite only having 2 tracks, I though it was really worth the purchase since I enjoyed them alot.

The first track is strength which is also the fourth ending theme for the anime series Soul Eater. The second track FREEDOM is sung in English, though its difficult to make out all the words that he is singing without the lyrics.

The 21-year-old HALCA also comes from Okinawa, just like Maki. But I hope she can fill the big shoes that Maki left behind. Looking forward to it ^^

After listening to the song, I really loved it. Can’t wait for the full album to be released.

From Oricon charts data, her album has already sold more than 1 million copies. So far, 1.19 million copies of “HEART STATION” have been sold.

I wonder when I will get to hear her next new album.

I absolutely loved the tracks on this single. Not only Vanilla Salt is nice, I also greatly enjoy the second track “I my me”.

I just talk abit more about the second track. The starting is pretty irritating because she keeps singing the 3 words I my me for like 876497 times, but when it gets to the chorus, its gets to sound nice and happy.

So how many folks out there are loving this season of Toradora!. I just can’t get enough of her tsundere. LOL

Of course, she isn’t getting married like Maki of H&MC or Leah Dizon. Instead, she just wants to pursue her other dream of being a fashion designer.

To date, she has released 11 singles and 4 albums, and a recent compilation album which was just recently released on 08th October.

Despite having quite a nice voice and looking really sexy, her singing career wasn’t that awesome. From what I know she doesn’t have a #1 album or single.
