Japan Leads In Tissue Paper Consumption

Here’s an interesting statistic - Japan leads other first world nations in annual tissue paper consumption.

This graph was featured on a TV show and the program noted that Japanese people probably use tissues a lot when cleaning.
In additon, they also mentioned all the free tissues passed out with advertisements at train stations.
