GoodSmile Company is continuing their Cheerful Japan project with Nendoroid Saber and Rin Tohsaka, both wearing adorable cheerleader outfits. Of course, it’s a good chance for you to contribute to the Japan relief effort where 2,000 yen will be donated for each sale. Preorder has commenced on the GSC official store and the pair are priced at 6,000 yen and are scheduled for delivery on May 2012.

Dollfie Dream Saber Alter II and Fate/Extra Saber Nero

The DD community is bursting with excitement today as Volks Dollfie Dream blog has announced the preorder details and unveiled some preview photos for the upcoming Dollfie Dream Saber Alter II and Fate/Extra Saber Nero that is being released for the Type-Moon 10th Anniversary Dollfie Dream Project.

Good news is that both DD are available for preorder which means that international fans would have a chance to adopt either one of them without going through the hassle and inflated prices of online auction.

Preorder will commence later today and the ordering deadline is 30 Oct 2011. Volks will then commence production of your daughters in between Nov-Dec and deliver them by Feb 2012.

DD Saber Alter 2nd Ver. will be released for 62,000 yen (65,100 yen with tax) and she will comes with Saber Alter Original Head, DDIII base body and white skin M bust. Her sword Dark Excalibur is included as well.

DD Saber (Fate/EXTRA Ver.) is priced slightly higher at 69,000yen (72,450yen with tax), and she will comes with Saber Original Head, DDIII base body, L bust and her really cool scarlet long sword “Aestus Estus: The Original Fire”.

Volks Teases with New Saber Dollfie Dream

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Type-Moon, Volks is planning a new Saber Dollfie Dream web order project and it looks like there could be more than one Saber to be released this year.

Based on the teaser image posted on the website, fans are speculating that Saber Nero and Saber Alter (possibly with armor) will be released.

I guess all we can do now is to wait and hope for the good news ^^

Fate/Zero Anime Series 2nd Trailer

The official website for the Fate/Zero television anime series been updated with the second promotional trailer.

The anime series is scheduled to air in Oct 2011, where the story is set a decade before Fate/Stay Night and reveals the 4th Holy Grail War that sets the stage for the war in the software.

Even though I’m not a huge fan of the franchise, I’m still quite excited by the quality of the anime that looks top notch from the trailer, as expected from ufotable.

Its been more than a year since GoodSmile Company released the Nendoroid Puchi Fate/Stay Night. Now they have commenced preorder for an extension set that includes Saber Alter, Archer, Lancer, Caster and Beserker.

Alter has commenced preorder for this gorgeous figure of Saber in a lovely white casual wear from the Fate/stay night (フェイト/ステイナイト).

A simple and yet gorgeous figure of Saber. I’m quite surprise that this figure was priced so low, since products from Alter are usually relatively on the higher end.

She would make a wonderful pairing with Saber Alter, but I think they are way too scary to be placed in my room.

1/7 Rin Tousaka PVC [Unlimited Blade Works]

GoodSmile Company has announced preorder for this coolsome figure of Rin Tousaka (遠坂凛) from the movie Fate/stay Night -UNLIMITED BLADE WORKS-.

She is scheduled for release in May 2011, and will be retailing for around 8,800 yen. Interested folks can place your preorders with Hobby Search, Hobby Link Japan or Otacute.

The base of the figure is based off the image of Archer’s world, ‘Unlimited Blade Works”, which has swords scattered throughout the ground. Rin is holding her pendant in her hand, but also comes with replaceable hands that allow her to hold the Azoth sword as well as her red gems. I really love her long flowing hair, which makes the figure seems so dynamic.

Mika-tan has uploaded some preview shots of the next GSC figure from the Fate/Stay Night franchise. This time it is the model student Rin Tohsaka (遠坂凛) from the Unlimited Blade Works series.

Rin comes with a pair of interchangeable hands that you can equip her dagger instead of the jewels.
