It seems like they had received positive feedback and once again they will be streaming their concert live again today for their countdown concert that is held at Tokyo’s Shinagawa Stellar Ball.

The concert will feature many of their hit songs and new songs from their upcoming album “EIGHT” that is scheduled for release on 19 Jan 2011. Natalie also reports that Do As Infinity has a surprise planned for the concerts.

Anyway, the stream will be available via this link. Unfortunately, the concerts is scheduled to being at 7pm but the stream will only start at 8pm.

Definitely a must-watch for me since I’m a big fan of DOA. It seems like more and more bands are streaming their concert on Nico Nico and the most memorable one has gotta be Hikaru Utada’s Farewell Concert.

The concert is titled “Do As Infinity 11th Anniversary LIVE ～More! Core! Rare! Here!～” and D.A.I plans to perform some songs that they usually do not play live. After tickets for the show sold out on the first day of sale, the band decided on the Niconico Douga live broadcast so that all of their fans can celebrate Do As Infinity’s 11th anniversary together.

The single will contain four songs and will be their first new single since “TAO”, which was released back in 2005.

One of the song included in the single will be Timeless, which is currently being used as the ending theme for the TV show Gekisou! GT [激走!GT]. You can preview the song which was played as the ending theme in the background of this youtube clip:

During this past spring the band’s member have been exploring the possibility of a reunion and now they have decided that 29 September 29 will be the official date.

To celebrate this reunion, they will be performing live at Yoyogi Park on 30 September.

Do As Infinity will also be planning to release new songs by next spring.
