Right up there on top of the charts is of course our favorite idol Shokotan!

Japan - The Nation That Blogs The Most
According to a latest survey by Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, there are about 16.9 million internet blogs in Japan as of January 2008.
This meant that about 20 percent of Japan’s 88.11 million Internet users are involved in blogging.

Shokotan is miss popularity queen at the moment. The recent release of her new single snow tears and also her new book has seen her popularity shoot up.
Now Shokotan’s blog has reached a total of 1,000,000,000 hits which is some astronomical figure I wouldn’t even dare to dream of.
