GT4TV did an interesting video featuring the 3 consoles placed in the hands of 2 human wrecking machines. (Kids do not try this on your consoles at home!!)

At least now I know my PS3 can really take a beating, maybe even more than me. =P

The game is told with losta wonderful cutscence and the beautiful artwork just keep you enthralled in the entire story.

The combat system is also very unique. First off you activate your unit and you view the unit from a 3rd person view. You get to control your unit to look for cover or strategic spots before going for the shot to finish off your enemies.

Luckily they still managed to include the Japanese voice in the US version of the game. Unfortunately, the English translation is abit off, so I was a little disappointed. Nonetheless, the voice acting and character designs are still great.

The biggest feature of this game would be the voice command whereby players can use a headset to issue command to the troops. Therefore, technically I can play the game while having dinner or something. LOL

There are 3 arcade gaming titles to choose to compete in:

1. King of Fighters ’98: Ultimate Match
2. Street Fighter IV
3. Tekken 6

All the 3 above mentioned games aren’t released yet. So it would really be interesting to see how experienced arcade players match up against one another.

Interested players need to pre-register by 18 November via the official AFA08 website at www.afa08.com and have to pay registration fees (in addition to entrance fees):

• $5 for participation in any one of the games
• $8 for participation in any two of the games
• $10 for participation in all three of the games

Upon successful registration, all registrants will be entered into a pool where they will be randomly picked into individual groups by drawing lots after the sign-up deadline.

In round robin fashion, the top 2 of each group will qualify into the play-offs which will be a double elimination format. Schedule will be released on November 20, 2008.

I really suck at fighting games and I rarely visit the arcade, so this event would not interest me. But still I always enjoy seeing people duke it out in fighting games.

Anyway the game isn’t out yet, it will only be released in 19 December 2008.

She now she had landed herself in jail for viciously murdering her ex-husband’s character.

When the man discovered the death of his character, he called the police. The alleged virtual murderer has now been jailed for suspicion of illegally accessing a computer and manipulating electronic data, which could carry a five-year prison sentence or a fine of up to $5,000.

I have been considering getting a new psp or Nintendo DSi so that I can play some games as I travel, but currently I’m watching anime while I’m on the go. Its so tough to make the choice.

I hope this would bring more balanced into the game. Those black orcs are just so irritating able to soak up all the dmg, so the Knight of the Blazing Sun would be a nice addition.

Unfortunately, there is now information on how we can obtain these 2 cool characters yet.
