Last year, CircleK Sunkus [サークルK・サンクス] chain of convenience stores in Japan sold Hello Kitty Custard Bun, it was quite a success. So this year, they have brought back those kawaii bun and replaced the filling with some yummy pork.
The good folks at Gigazine visited one of their local Sunkus conbini and gotten some of these delicious meat buns for a closer look. The appearance of the meat buns had retained the same look with the adorable face of Hello Kitty, and a tiny pink bow on top.
After you have finished eating the meat bun, you can even entertain yourself with some Hello Kitty Trivia. In case you didn’t know the answer – Hello Kitty’s birthday is on 1 November. ^^
