It was ealier announced that the pop duo ClariS was performing the theme song “Luminous (ルミナス) for the first movie in the two part Puella Magi Madoka Magica Theatrical Movie.
The song would be released as a single on 10 Oct 2012, and there would be three versions released , Regular (CD Only), and now the single cover has been unveiled.
