For Today’s Japan Photo, we will be visiting one of the interesting architecture in the Ginza shopping district of Tokyo.
This building is home to Mikimoto Pearl company that produces high-quality cultured pearls. The building was designed by Toyo Ito, and its design is similar to a piece of swiss cheese – a prism that is perforated by a series of irregular windows.
