For Those That Purchased Nendoroid Snow Miku: Fluffy Coat Ver.

For those that have preorder the Nendoroid Snow Miku: Fluffy Coat Ver. through the GoodSmile Company Online Store, you would have received or soon be receiving your order.

It has been known that there were defects that occurred during production, hence GSC has announced that they would be sending replacement parts to everyone that placed their order through the GSC Online Store, regardless of whether you experienced defects or not.

The replacement parts include a new mike stand/shovel part set, two twintail joints and a hair ribbon. They will be sending out an email to inform everyone as those replacement are sent. For those that are facing other problems, you can contact GSC’s customer support team: support@goodsmile.jp

Its disappointing that such an awesome product was shipping with defect following several delays. Nonetheless, its good that GSC is trying its best efforts to remedy the situation.
