Initial D is probably the best racing manga series and there has been quite a few series of anime adaptation and OVAs.
The latest issue of Kodansha Young Magazine will announced a new anime series, but it is not yet known whether it will be a full season or just another OVA. More details is expected to be announced in the next issue of the magazine that will be released on 6 Aug 2012.
