Alter has commenced preorder for the scaled figure of Yagyu Gisen, the main antagonist of the Hyakka Ryouran series. She wears her trademark eyepatch over her right eye, and she wields the blade that can turn into a scissor-like weapon.

She is scheduled for release in Nov 2012, and will be retailing for 8,190 yen. Interested folks can place your preorders with CDJapan, HobbyLink Japan, and Hobby Search.
