Popular child actress Ashida Mana (芦田愛菜) was invited to throw the opening pitch for the game between Hanshin Tigers and the Yomiuri Giants at the Koshien Stadium yesterday.
She looked so kawaii dressed in that pink baseball oufit. Since she was still a little girl, they let her throw the pitch at a shorter distance. In the end, it still fell short but the crowd still gave her a round of warm applause for her effort in throwing a straight ball.
