Lego Motorized Tachikoma

Mahj has come up with a really cool concept Lego motorized Tachikoma, which is inspired by the anime series Ghost in the Shell.

As you can see in the demo video, it can walk and drive, and either move it’s eye dome or wave it’s hand. According to the description, it has four motors and is built out of 897 parts. You can actually find plans to build it here but do lend your support to the concept project on LEGO® CUUSOO, so that it might have a chance of being realised for actual commercial release.

Now all we need is some advanced AI to be inserted and soon we can have those pesky Tachikomas mischievously roaming around  ^^

Unfortunately my Lego collection is too simple and outdated to have even half of the parts used in that TT__TT

I hope Lego releases an official version!
