Meiji has started streaming a new animated commercial that is produced by anime studio MADHOUSE and featuring popular seiyuu and singer Mizuki Nana along with another popular seiyuu Sugita Tomokazu (known for his role as Gintoki and Kyon).
In addition, Mizuki Nana also lent her voice to sing the theme song for this CM – Jikuu Sapphire (時空サファイア).
The commercial revolves around a missing “Sapphire Roman” which has the seedling that bear the legendary delicious grapes. Fans can follow the twitter accounts (@gummi_taiyo and @gummi_megumi) specially created for the campaign to track the culprit in this special “Tweet Mystery” promotional campaign. The mystery will be unravelled with a special movie that will be streamed in March.
