Seiyuu Haruna Ikezawa Loses PSP and Monster Hunter Save Data

Seiyuu Haruna Ikezawa (池澤 春菜) best known for her role as Momoka Nishizawa in Keroro Gunsou and Athena in The King of Fighters games, has lost her precious PSP console at last weekend Wonder Festival Winter 2011. But the most unfortunate part is that she also lost her Monster Hunter saved game data and she doesn’t have any backup!!

She has blogged about her loss in two seperate posts: 帰ってきて、私のPSP(>д<) and 帰ってこなかった、私のPSP(/_;)

Quick breakdown of the event:

  • Her PSP contains 70 hours of “mon hunt” data (most probably Monster Hunter Portable 3rd) and few hundred hours of MHPG2nd as well
  • She thinks she lost her PSP at a restaurant on her way home from Wonder Festival
  • Restaurant staff says they didn’t manage to find a PSP
  • She has tweeted many times since the incident hoping that someone would find her PSP and return it to her
  • She has filed a police report
  • She thinks that her PSP has most likely been stolen and she has written a rather amusing curse on the person who stole it (including “scary” events like stepping on dog poop, laundry flying away, losing remote control, etc)

Here’s the original curse that was written by Haruna, for those who are able to read Japanese:

A good lesson to everyone that we must always backup our save data. Someone needs to help her find her PSP before she goes nuts. LOL

Well if she is looking for someone to Mon hunt with her, I would gladly volunteer XD
