Today’s Japan Photo: Neko Bus

For Today’s Japan Photo, we will be featuring a very interesting mode of public transport – the neko bus. This vehicle was shot in Iizuka-shi, Fukuoka Prefecture, and from the photo it seems to be used as a school bus.

It seems to resemble the neko bus that was seen in the anime movie My Neighbor Totoro (となりのトトロ).

    Inside seats must be fluffy as well.

    They should start using this as a shuttle service for those going to Ghibili museum ^o^
