Capcom has officially announced that Monster Hunter Portable 3rd will be released on 1 Dec 2010, exactly five years after the original Monster Hunter Portable was released for the PSP back in 1 Dec 2005. Monster Hunter Portable 3rd will be retailing for 5,800 yen.

The game will be showcased at the upcoming Tokyo Game Show. Players will get to try out the demo with three different quest:

• Beginners: Royal Ludroth on a deserted island
• Advanced: Aoashira and Jeo-ouga
• Experts: Tigrex on a volcano

Capcom will be distributing tickets prior to the show so that players will be able to reserve a demo slot for themselves.
