We have seen news reports of creepy men stealing pantsu, socks and school uniforms. But this is the first time I’ve heard someone stealing the bicycle seats of bicycle ridden by little girls! A 37-year-old man was arrested in Tochigi prefecture for stealing the bicycle seat from a 9-year-old girl. They raided his house and hit the jackpot!
