Submitted by Alafista on Wednesday, 17 March 2010One Comment

Today I just managed to obtain my copy of Yakuza 4 [龍が如く4 伝説を継ぐもの], and Famitsu reports that Sega has unveiled their new “Project K”, which was a new game developed under the Yakuza franchise.

A trailer was being shown at the press conference it showed the gate of night spot Kamurocho. A young man appears in Kamurocho and walks through the rain. And here are the rest of the text that was flashed on the screen:

  • The boy knew … [
  • The weight of the crimes that he continued to commit [
  • But the boy still didn’t know
  • A cruel fate was awaiting …  [
  • And then the boy knew … the boy knows [
  • The only way to live out his destiny was to fight [

In the final title screen, it read 龍が如くの新たな挑戦が始まる, which meant that a new challage for Yakuza commence!

I’m not really sure why but people seem to be saying that this game could be slated for the PSP. But for now, all I want to do is to play my Yakuza 4!! ^^
