When I saw this candid photo last night, I knew it had to be featured in my Today’s Japan Photo section. If you are unfamiliar with “sleeping beauty”, he is none other than Japan’s Finance Minister Naoto Kan (菅 直人).

Now we know how he gets his ideas on how to spend the taxpayers’ money. ^^
