GoodSmile Company has started preorder for the super kawaii Nendoroid Azusa Nakano from the anime series K-On!
She is scheduled for release in May 2010 and will be retailing for around 3,500 yen. Usually I would recommend that interested folks can place your preorders with Hobby Search, Hobby Link Japan or Otacute. Unfortunately, she is so popular that most online stores have stopped taking preorders. @_@ I managed to squeeze in my preorder when Otacute opened its second batch of orders around 7pm. Had to constantly refresh the page. LOL
EDIT: Hobby Link Japan is still taking preorders, so anyone interested should quickly head over there.

Was really looking forward to the Azusa nendoroid and seeing these photos of the final version, would love getting her! ^^
Unfortunately due to the time difference with Japan and the fact I work during the day (yes, some otaku have respectable jobs) was of course hours too late to even try and pre-order her.
Can’t help but notice the K-ON! Figma and Nendoroids’ pre-orders sell out at a breakneck pace these past weeks.
Are they that popular or is Max Factory/GSC purposely releasing less units of these Figma and Nendos? Read that some online stores their pre-orders closed within minutes.
