The song which is featured in the video is Bad Apple!! by Team Shanghai Alice.

Just wanted to point out that the song isn’t made by Team Shanghai Alice, the Touhou Project game series is created by TSA. The song Bad Apple!! is by Alstroemeria. This is just a fan video, and TSA(ZUN) had nothing to do with it.
