Time to announce the first Christmas Giveaway! For this giveaway, I went out and bought a box of Nendoroid Puchi Vocaloids, and I intend to send one puchi vocaloid to 12 lucky readers. Apart from the puchi vocaloid, I will also be sending you one of the Tokyo Figure Show X AFA09 postcard and one of my namecard. So below is a sample of what you might receive ^^
I will be packing the puchi vocaloids together with all the other items into 12 seperate mystery bags, and the bags would then be sent out to the prize winners randomly. In summary, you wouldn’t know which puchi vocaloid you will be getting until you open the bag ^^
The task for this giveaway is very simple. I intend to use take this opportunity to gather feedback from my readers, therefore I would really appreciate your honest opinions on the following questions:
What do you like most about alafista.com?
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
Here are the rules of the giveaway and what you need to do:
- Leave your comments for the two questions I had asked above.
- The deadline for this giveaway is 25 Dec 2009, 12:oopm (GMT +8).
- Giveaway is open to everyone around the globe. I will send the giveaway to you even if you live in the North Pole.
- 12 lucky readers will be selected based on their honest and practical answers.
Simple enough? There is sufficient time before the deadline so you might want to take your time to think about it before answering. By the way, I will be having announcing other giveaway as well throughout the week leading to Christmas, so I would recommend that you regularly check back on the Giveaway Main Page. Good Luck!

It’s very nice of you to do this giveaway.
What do you like most about alafista.com?
I like the fact that you blog about many interesting and noteworthy news items within the sphere of Japanese otaku and popular culture. You’re good at picking good topics to blog about that are appealing in a nice, short, easy to read format. Some other blogs report EVERYTHING and so you have to sort through a lot of “junk news” to find something of interest to you. It’s also very nice to get quick updates about new and upcoming anime figure releases.
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
In regards to your blog layout, I find that the advertisements are really large and take up a huge chunk of the right hand side. This makes your blog look very heavy and crammed on the left hand side.
When i try adding your RSS feed to my home page I get your html page. Is there an error, or just me?
Thanks for making this giveaway! That’s some true Christmas spirit
Let’s get to it then:
What do you like most about alafista.com?
Where should I start? I like:
- The use of categories (idols, jtunes etc…) Super helpful!
- Easy navigation with clear text and nice use of colour & thumbnail images
- Variety! Being able to read about many interesting aspects of Japanese popular culture (rather than e.g. only figures) with just a few clicks of a button ^^
- The fact that I can read it here FIRST; the latest up-to-date news in Japanese pop culture
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
- More original photos: I love seeing more photos taken by the blogger themselves, whether it’s of daily life or even figure photography. Plus your photography is excellent so you have nothing to fear there!
=)
1) I like that your site has giveaways. LOL!
Nice, clean header interface. Easy to navigate thur your site.
2)I’m not comfortable suggesting what you should write on your site.
You should post whatever appeals to you, but…
have more giveaways, LOL!
What do you like most about alafista.com?
It gives some interesting news related to Japan and some of which are not just seen from other blogs… which is quite a plus! Although this can also be seen as a double edged sword (please see answer to second question)
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
As much as I salute you for being able to spend a lot of time posting news regularly…because I honestly fail at that… I think it would be more fulfilling on both parties (you as a blogger and us as readers) to have more original content rather than just deriving content from news sites. Your collaboration with Kodomut in the Nendo Travelouges are really nice and I think a lot of us readers would agree if there would be more similar posts in the future.
Of course, it doesn’t have to be limited to figure photoshoots… it can be anything that is to be discussed… e.g. your own view and opinion about Haruhi’s Endless Eight, your opinions regarding loads and loads of Ikkitousen or *insert other over-rated series here* figure releases and what not… or even your own opinions from the news that you post… that are at least more than what you can fit in a tweet. It would encourage readers to discuss with you and other readers rather than just stopping by to read your blog and then moving on to the next blog to read… I am also partly guilty of this.
Also, a subscribing to comments by email would be a good feature for those who aren’t really RSS junkies.
And a sidenote: this is one of the posts where I’ve seen more than 20 comments… free desirable stuff really are powerful tools.
1. You dont just write about one subject and i lov that and also the stories u post up are really interesting
2. I will like to see some anime reviews b/c for me its hard to find good animes
What do you like most about alafista.com?
All the pretty idols? I love that the it alafista doesn’t take itself to seriously and there’s always something interesting to read as it is updated quite frequently without any fluff and that’s why I’ve subscribed to its rss feed.
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
More giveaways, everyone loves giveaways!
I’m not one for long answers so I’ll be brief…
What do you like most about alafista.com?
I enjoy the variety of items you have here to read / view. It’s fun getting a sneak peak into your life with the Nendo travel logs as well as what you choose to post.
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
There are so many things / ways that can be added / done to change a blog that makes this a difficult question to answer. Being a fairly recent bloggosphere member myself, I enjoy seeing how others present their blogs and what they include. Gives me ideas for what I can add or what I should skip (to avoid a glut of the same thing). That said, I’d like to learn more about your Nendo photography. I was recently poisoned into collecting Nendos and the like that I am interested in doing some photography of my collection as well. Maybe some side pointers of what you learned during your photo shoots. (the ugly shots you elected not to show, how you set up your shots, planned your shooting sessions)
Thanks for a great blog and keep it up!
What do you like most about alafista.com?
The simple yet attractive theme of the site is what I like most about alafista.com. The base colours are close to being completely monochrome, with the exception of the 5 navigational links. However, the pictures on the other hand are rather colourful, yet not overly distracting, which complements well with the minimalist theme. It’s a very good blend between both text and pictures, capturing the reader’s attention easily.
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
Perhaps you could write more about manga, as it is an important part of the otaku subculture. For example, you could begin by reviewing a few of the more popular manga series, or allow fans to review them and you could pick the best review and post it up. That way, alafista.com can also attract manga readers and maybe poison them into the rest of the otaku subculture. xD
(Personally not a fan of manga, but I know many who are.)
Great site here. Keep up the great work!
What do you like most about alafista.com?
First of all, I like that you post several times a day, so (almost) every time I enter this site there’s something new to read about. Thanks for your dedication BTW ^_^! I also enjoy a lot those crazy news about Japan, this is the only site where I get this kind of news among the otaku sites I enter frequently. And the last reason why I visit this site everyday is because of the figures and goodies release information. Wait a second! I forgot to mention the giveaways, to be honest, that’s another reason why I visit your site ^_^!
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
I really LOVE the pics that you put in your articles and I always think: “that pic would make an awesome wallpaper!”, BUT… They’re not big enough! I hate that! So, I would beg you to give as a link in every article to the original image, please!
And thanks for this giveaway! Christmas is in the air!
What do you like most about alafista.com?
- I think all the reviews and information you write are mostly self explanatory. In addition, I also like the featured box and the 5 links (Gravure x Idols, Groovin JTunes, Japan, Oishii, Otaku) which leads to the readers chose (I’m not good with describing websites so sorry). Last but not least, being a new reader of this site I think that this site is very welcoming and that it’s easy to view and surf’.
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
- Well, in a way I think the site sponsors are too big in size and I think they are talking spaces s you could make the images smaller.
A giveaway? That’s mighty nice of you! This shows that you really value your readers.
“What do you like most about alafista.com?”
- it’s the articles, of course! But it’s not just the Japan and otaku related articles I find interesting; your photoshoots capture a little bit of Singapore which I also enjoy reading. Of course, let’s not forget the idol pictures being posted from time to time!
“How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?”
- I seriously find nothing to improve or change here (ok, maybe some bits about Singapore would be nice). Just keep doing what you like and I’ll keep reading
“What do you like most about alafista.com?”
The clean layout, and how it never really lags behind on the big news. It also has the occasional fun/silly news article.
“How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?”
I think the pictures next to and inside the blog posts should be bigger, to catch the eye and for my own personal collection~
Err, I might have left out the L in gmail when I made that comment.
>.>
“What do you like most about alafista.com?”
The site layout is really great, I think. I also enjoy the wide range of articles.
“How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?”
I’d suggest making the pictures beside the blog entries bigger, as better to catch the eye. Something like what sankakucomplex does (just omit the dead puppy stories that made me drop the site)
What do you like most about alafista.com?
What attracted me the most I first found alafista.com was the content and appearance of the site. It not only managed to have a wide variety of topics without looking cluttered, but was also very user-friendly, even up until today. Your light-heated humor really shines through the articles to make them interesting and shows a lot about your personality, especially with your Nendo’s Travelouge. Other blogs I have read are usually biased and ends up making immature arguments, but what I have really enjoyed reading here is the honesty you seem to have with your writing.
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
I have always enjoyed your humor in you articles so I think it would help if the articles were longer. I think that if you added a bit more, people would be more interested in commenting. Also, looking through the other comments, I noticed that some people don’t seem to like the idol articles and wanted more on manga and anime. Although idols are an important part of otaku culture, I found them uninteresting. So overall, I think you could focus more on anime, manga, and video games while adding more to you articles.
I look forward to your future articles and what you do with our suggestions. Good luck!
Sending those to Brazil would be very hard and expensive… xD
But just contributing as a fellow blogger that knows first hand how difficult it is to get some feedback.
What do you like most about alafista.com?
I like the clean design, the frontpage has a very professional look (Firefox page has a similar design if I’m not mistaken).
Also liked the way the posts are organized there… thumbnail with text on the side.
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
I don’t think there’s much to improve really. Changes now would be more of a personal taste thing than improvement.
The things I’d change, mostly to fit my own tastes are: Sidebar size (would make it a bit smaller), make a more custom title and font (possibly a custom mascot?) and I know how hard it is to get those since I still couldn’t get them to my blog also.
About the content, it’s a recommendation I read in lots of books and successful blogs which is very hard to achieve (know from first hand experience)… which is: Produce lots of original content (including pics and videos).
It’s really not my place to say you have to do those because on my own blog, if I said 5% of the posts have purely original content made by me I’d be lying… xD
Still, it’s something to keep in mind. Because you know, when we publish stuff that’s already on the news and around, we are competing with other bigger blogs (like DC xD). But when do our own stuff, it’s the other way around… we have a change of big blogs publishing our content! Which would be awesome!
Hope that helps!
Greetings
I am relatively new to the site having stumbled across it from twitter and am impressed by what I’ve discovered.
1) Your writing style is one of the first things that caught my eye on the site. Blog entries are concise and well written and cover pretty much everything I’ve an interest in which is quite a broad spectrum as is, which means you aren’t limiting yourself to blogging about just one or two topics. The layout is minimalist without feeling sparse and I adore the banner (The world needs more Taiga)
2) I have few if any qualms about the site itself. The one thing I could think of that would make this place better would be either a chatbox or something along the lines of a forum. I understand that typically blogs dont include those features but it would knit the community closer together if they could actively chat.
Also living almost half a world away from you myself, It would be both entertaining and interesting if you blogged on your real life experiences, be they about festivals, a random event or other such occurrences.
What do you like most about alafista.com?
This site gives very nice news and info about Japan, not limiting it to anime or otaku related stuff. Also like the layout of the site too.
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
Would love to see maybe reviews and more photos taken by you. It’s always something special to have personal pictures in my opinion.
What do you like most about alafista.com?
.
nice clean and simple layout, no excessive flash/animation banners and the likes, interesting and funny articles, giveaway
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
more giveaway, shrinking the sponsor and social bookmark alittle to accommodate more article space or to be able to shift the articles slightly to the center for easy reading, category option on the top menu bar, and did i mention more giveaway
Here’s what I like most about alafista.com –
I love that alafista has regular and reliable updates for me about everything related to Japanese culture (I especially love the cosplay, toys, and cultural news). These relevant and reliable updates give me something to look forward to every time I go to the internet (and I have even used the articles here as inspiration for my design work too). Keep up the great work, and I look forward to receiving more great news and updates.
How how I think this site can be improved/introduced:
Personally, I would like more interesting pieces about cosplay and the people who do cosplay, as it is an integral part of the Japanese and otaku lifestyle for many. I also think that if there were more “cool anecdotes” about Japan and its culture on TV and its technology, that would get me to come here more and recommend this to my friends.
(^^)V
1.
i forget how i come to know your blog at first (definitely not dannychoo.com since i start reading ur site before i learn of it). However, your choices of presenting are what attract me to read your site daily.
From my observation, the topics you choose are wide, ranged from mainstream news (FF series), otakuism (may not accepted by all ppl like figurines), funny/interesting news (those bizarre one, and i enjoyed them very much) to idol gallery that leave me in dilemma (SAD for single like me). However, even with the idol gallery which may consider as ecchi, your site is actually SFW and im perfectly fine to surf this site even before my mum’s eye. Thus i guess that you have a very clear idea on what you should present in your sites. The choices of the topic you choose are what really appeal to me.
Furthermore, I really liked your friendliness. In case you have forgotten, I had actually asked you for help (regarding about dannychoo.com) and im really surprised that you replied me. i didnt expect a busy blogger like you will ever bother to reply a “cheap” answer to me. After that, im even more surprise to find that you accept my invitation in facebook. All these are enough to keep me as your regular reader
Furthermore, I also prefer your way of presenting where you keep your personnel comment neutral and funny. I prefer this a lot as I had keep myself away from some sites that has too much flaming and insulting.
on a side notes, im glad that i have common language acquisition with you. I learn all the language you are able to converse (learning japanese but not good in hokkien ><). perhaps, it is this sentiment feeling that make me attach to this site? haha (sorry for my bad english)
2.
I agree with FatB that i dont have any comment to add on simply because this is your site and you should do what you are best at and accoding to your objectives (partly coz im not good in picking others' weaknessess). o ya, it would be great if you share with us what anime/tokusatsu/j-drama you are currently following occassionally. it doesnt have to be a review, just a sharing will do as more of your opinions and preferences can be learned through this which may be helpful to us.
keep up on your good works. がんばてくださいね!!
What do you like most about alafista.com?
I like articles because they pertain to my interests. Whether it’s figure announcements, anime news, or random stories about Japan I think the articles on alafista are very interesting. I only just recently discovered the site but I will definitely keep coming here. ;D
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
I think you should share your opinion more. Perhaps write some reviews of some anime you’re watching. Maybe do some figure reviews? You could also share some of your personal figure collection, I’m sure people would love to see it.
- What do you like most about alafista.com?
I first stumbled onto your site when I was starting out collecting figures and have since then been checking out what’s new every now and then. I really enjoy seeing what new figures are going to be for pre order or what’s about to come out. Also all the very interesting yet “wacky” news of Japan, like the machine gun stroller lol.
- How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce / write more about?
Like I said earlier I really enjoy your site so you really dont have to change anything there, but there is a topic I would be interested in personally. I’ve been into watching a lot of Japanese television shows especially JDramas. I’m not sure if your into that or watch any of those type of shows. But if you are maybe some reviews of your favorites. Anyways, I really enjoy your site and keep up the awesome job!
What do you like most about alafista.com?
I like the fact that you have always something new to talk about. Also, that thanks to your website I found out about HobbySearch and more about the otaku culture.:) I like the fact that you have a variety of things that you post about and not just focused on a thing, which brings a wide variety of readers. I also like that you’re an friendly and an easy person to get along with. As a web designer in training I like the site layout, it’s clean and not too heavy on design but more focused on the items postedand it’s easy to interact, and the navigation is very appealing and its not cluttered with ads.
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
As to improving the site I don’t think there is anything else you have to do. The one thing I would say you could do is getting your own site mascot! I’m a Graphic artist so could draw one out for you free of charge since thanks to you I started blogging and became a figure addict.(in a good way)The one thing you could add could be anime but dont need to. I think site is fine as it is!:)
FREE MOE HERE COME AND GET IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now that i have you’re attention here it goes , I’m not going to write a huge wall of text i’ll just say what i think and be honest.
-What do you like most about alafista.com
Everyday when I go to the internet I see three sites Alafista, Ngee Khiong and figure fm. The main reason I come here is because of the news and all the interesting posts that you write. I like the way you present the posts and give a personal opinion about the subject, you’re very objective and that’s great. You allways manage to discover wacky news that make me come back every single day to alafista. And besides that, you write in a way that makes me feel like I know you. Not forgetting the clean visual and easy navigation of the site and the ever so adorable Taiga….
-How do you think I should improv.e it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
You talk about everything that is japan related so in that departement you don’t need to change a thing. You could do more photoshoots and review figurines, anime etc… I would love to read your opinion about certain animes.
Sorry about the bad English, working to make it better.
Merry Christmas!
1.I like the content inside alafista. It’s helpful. And i can get to know more stuff through alafista.I know more bout’ otaku culture through alafista website.
2.You should post more photos bout’ yourself.More original photos is better.(=3)
1. What I like about alafista.com is that there are always giveaways during a festive of joy and fun (christmas !!). Also, I like the information about new pvc figurines cause I would get them usually after I got my money. Hahas. Last but not least I like all the anime related stuffs for example the latest post about miku working for santa this christmas (so kawaii). >.<
2. I think you should put in more anime or japanese related stuff that can be found in Singapore inside alafista.com(so I can know where is the latest happening. Hahas)
Thxs for the giveaway.=D
~What do you like most about Alafista.com?
What I like most about Alafista.com is that there is always something interesting to look forward to every day. I first found Alafista looking for stuff on figure culture and ended up finding a multitude of just pure goodness. I especially like the Oishii category and was surprised by the number of different flavored KitKat varieties featured. It’s also great to see your personal experience and review of things such as food and figures, where others would just find interesting tidbits and link it. The Travelogue is a joy to read and your personal experience in getting Nendoroid Petit Nagato Yuki inspired me to find my own at a local Kinokuniya when I had almost given up hope of owning it as I missed the preorder and it was sold out on the online retailers I frequent. It’s great to see you interact with your readers on Twitter, in the Travelogue, the comments, and even right now, consistently. Alafista.com is also great and easy to link to friends when I want to share stuff whose sources are in a another language.
~How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
I would love to see more stuff in the Oishii Category but as long as your out there blogging and doing what you love I’m a happy reader.
Thank you for bringing the news and entertainment all year round.
Happy Holidays and here’s to a new year of fun and surprises.
What do you like most about alafista.com?
-I only saw this website via google when searching for things. When you posted the link to your website, tried to visit it and Im loving it. Lots of info about japan related news but Im more into news related to anime. I found there are a lot of news here about anime or anything related to it so I started reading the posts. And its well informed. Now I visit alafista.com everyday to check out the latest news(especially anime).
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
Adding more content to every category would improve it. Its balanced now and more readers will visit your site if it has more content of every category. Since some people prefer news about japan or anime or even both. Also keep updated on the recent news would be a good plus.
1)What do you like most about alafista.com?
I like alafista to read more information on figures (mainly Figma or Nanoha related). On top of that, Alafista has a connection to Figure.Fm.
Once in a while I read your articles/blogs on events in Japan and I like the “variety” of events covered. To me the events in Japan covered in alafista.com are a interesting to read when I need a break.
2)How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
I don’t think the content your introducing/writing should change. To help improve alafista, your articles need to have a balance of subjective comments and objective facts based on the article or review. Examples (mainly on figures/statues) are; what are your thoughts about the quality, price, features or special reasons for purchasing the figure.
Having a unique image or logo/mascot for alafista can attract more readers. An example of a unique quality is Danny’s Dance Trooper in Akihabara. The stormtrooper represents an image of Starwars culture and opens up to readers in North America. Where as Akihabara shows people an image of the popular Japanese culture and brings in people who love the Japanese culture. As a result, these two icons or “logos” together shows people, he loves and writes about the Japanese culture and Star Wars culture. Since the majority of people know/love Star Wars or the Japanese culture or both. Readers will visit his website.
In short have a unique image for readers and people to recognize alafista.com and show readers you love what your are writing about without going overboard.
Other than that I don’t have any more suggestions/feedback on how to improve alafista. I hope my suggestions/feedback will improve alafista.com.
Thank you for reading.
What do you like most about alafista.com?
Blogging is a hard thing to do, you have to satisfy yourself and your readers at the same time. But one of the fundamentals is the blog itself. I believe that you have found the best layout for the blog. This makes reading your articles pleasant. Which leads to another thing which is the light colors scheme, the color scheme makes it nice to look at and gives a sense of calmness. I find myself reading from a dark colored blog and feel like I am reading from a porno site or something.
Navigation is simple. I love it.
You social bookmarks is also very nice. It gives me some connection to you and as different people we all have different social networking sites. I am a feed user and it is frustrating when there is not a feed for site I would like to get feeds from.
I love how the pictures you put are safe for work. It pains me to read an article and BAM practically nude picture of Taiga. It is a factor that saves me who has a little brother running around.
I also love your writing style, it is nice and soft like there is no stress to read the news. Although there comes the price of your emotions getting through to the reader. Which is going in the next question.
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
I think the layout of the site if perfect. I do not want any changes, but banner changes would be a nice touch.
As a blogger, I cannot tell you to change what you read and blog about (not that there is anything to change). Blogging is about your interests and I think you should just talk about the things you care about. Unless you want it to head that way you are not a reporter.
But I do think you should add a bit more “OOMPH” into your writing. I would like to see more your opinions on the post because blogging is about your opinions! Be free and type what your heart desires!
Thank you for this opportunity! I hope you gained some insight for your blog! As a fellow blogger I know how it feels ti get people to respond to you and tell you want they want!
Merry Christmas~
Whoa, sorry for the wall of text. But I like to separate the paragraphs a bit, makes it easier to read.
What do you like most about alafista.com?
1) Previews on figures.
This site introduces PVC figures to me, i was only interested in nendoroids in the beginning. Alafista.com oso also informs me when the preorders.. Haha, realli hate it if i miss the pre-order and have to buy at retail price..
2) Interesting Japanese News
Loves Japanese commericials in this site, they are realli creative and funny. Normally i dun search youtube for them, this site is a great source for Japanese News.
This actually includes those PS3 games trailers. I love it especially FF13 trailer..
3) Nice Layout and Constant Update
Clean looking blog, easy to find previous posts. And simple navigation. I love the thing at the top of the site, not sure what it is called.. It shows the important posts.. Haha, dun need to revamp your site, veri nice alr..
I try to visit the site everyday since i found this site.. I really appreciate your daily updates as you are busy with work and your personal life.
How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
1) More figure pictures..
Mayb you should take more figures pics, i love your nendoroid travelogue. Or pose reviews on your figures.. Saw the post whereby u fix the ikea shelves, i can tell u got quite a few figures and nendos!
BTW u take awesome pictures!
2) Post Length
I feel that your posts are quite short. I prefer slightly longer posts.. you can include your thoughts and feelings or your current projects.. Usually you only have 1 or 2 statements concerning your thoughts at the end of the post. This actually gives the site a more distant feeling.
A good reference would be Kodomut’s site.. His site gives a more friendly feeling to the readers as the way he blogs is more personal.
Anyway Merry Christmas!
– What do you like most about alafista.com?
When I first stumbled upon Alafista’s blog name in AB-antenna, I thought it sounds like a search engine (which proved to be way wrong), lol. There are several things I like most about this site — the layout is great. I like the navigations and featured links you placed on top which makes it easy to notice and navigate. When you put contents into sections like that, it’s easy to filter out things I don’t usually read (gravure idols) and go straight to what I want instead.
There’s also the variety of contents, but the sections I always go to are the Japan news and Otaku. I mean most of the news are of course informative, but also sometimes gave me a “What? LOL!” reaction from reading or seeing the stuff, such as the news of a district sending a whole 100 polices just to chase after some thieves. I still remember that! It was funny. The much of focus put into nendoroids and merchandise-related are something I appreciate as well since I LOVE looking at these cute stuff and it’s hard to find a site where these are compiled into one section, to me at least. You just made it easy.
– How do you think I should improve it or what kind of content should I introduce/write more about?
The site is already great, actually. However from the mindset of reader, we’re just greedy and wanting more xD
I agree about having you to write some opinions about manga/anime, giving more insights of what you like and giving series recommendations. Or writing about the industry itself. I hardly know stuff about how some anime studios and their staffs are doing (Gonzo is doing bad recently, but don’t know about the others). Another thing which you could introduce is seiyuus! I just love reading backgrounds and news about them actually (no, I’m not a stalker), and I believe there are others who are like me as well.
Merry Christmas!

all the anime info. espcially the new Hayao Miyazaki film. i could go on wikipedia to find out, but it wouldnt be fun at all >3< all the information, no pics, sometimes it's vauge…VERY vauge. BUT on here, i get my info fast and easy.
what you should change:
