Christmas is just around the corner and I’m sure everyone is doing some last minute shopping for their loved ones. While we are not allowed to see Santa’s workshop, here’s a peek inside one of Amazon’s Distribution Center.
The photos were taken inside Amazon UK’s distribution center and I can’t imagine there are still a few of these gigantic warhouses in US.

Amazon must have a really awesome inventory system to be able to keep track of all these orders. I’m quite sure I would lose my way inside this huge center, but then again I would have losta books to keep me company.

IKEA supposedly has something similar to this, maybe even bigger. Plus, they have robots. Robots make everything better.
There’s a documentary which shows the IKEA warehouse stuff, it’s pretty neat.
DAMN – I used to work in a DC, but nothing to match that size. I think I warehouse could easily fit inside that one.
