I’ve never heard of anyone in the F&B industry who would offer a refund if their item is unsatisfactory. Lotteria is releasing a new hamburger called Zetsumyo BLT Hamburger 「絶妙BLTバーガー」 and would offer a refund in the first two weeks to any customer who finds their hamburger unsatisfactory.

This burger will go on sale on Friday and will be retailing for 420 yen, and according to Gigazine, comes with a thick piece of bacon that has been smoked for more than 7 hours.
Apparently, this isn’t the first time Lotteria has offered a refund promo campaign for their hamburgers. When they release the original Zetsumyo burger, they also had this campaign and only less than 0.2% of their customers actually requested for a refund.

Just staring at that juicy piece of bacon is enough to convince me to try the burger. Too bad they don’t have any outlets here in Singapore. So anyone want to send one to me from Japan?

You’d be needing a refund if someone does send you one from Japan. =3
