Gundam RX-78-2 [Ver.G30th]
Japanese Fans celebrated the 30th anniversary of Gundam by visiting the Life-size Gundam RX-78 located at Odaiba’s Shiokaze Park. Folks who did not managed to visit Japan can now have a chance to purchase the 1/60 Gundam RX-78-2 [Ver. G.30th], which is a replica of the Gundam statue.
This Gundam Statue replica is scheduled for release in Spring 2010 and will be retailing for 81,900 yen. The reason why it is so expensive is that it is made from poly-resin.
In addition, the replica is only available on Yahoo! Japan anime store, and preorders has started and will end on 31 Dec 2009.

The replica looks very awesome with excellent detail. It would be a great collectible for any Gundam fans in memory of the 30th anniversary.
