Gintama Movie Confirmed

After being serialised for such a long period of time, Gintama is finally getting its first anime movie feature. The official website is up and running, although there isn’t much information on the movie yet.
As reported on Gigazine, the storyline is based on the retelling of Benizakura-hen, which is Lesson 89-97 of the manga and Episode 58-61 of the anime series). It will follow the conflict between Gintoki and Nizo Okada over the demonic sword “Benizakura”.

This movie feature is defintely worth anticipating as I’ve been quite a big fan of Gintama for its funny humor and cliches.
