Battle of Otaku Blogs

For some unknown reason, my site is being pitted against Dumb Otaku on Battle of the Blogs.
I had never visited either of the sites before, but it seems to me that Battle of the Blogs is some blog contest site that pit blogs of the same category against one another, while Dumb Otaku is an interesting otaku site with some useful articles on learning Japanese.
I’m not asking you to vote for me, but just to inform you that the deadline is this weekend =P
I had seen the site as a friend, j-blogger, was on there, but never figured my site would be on there. I was astonished when all of a sudden I was put up there.
