Even if you’re a police officer, it doesn’t mean you are spared from being awarded ticket from the traffic police. This officer drove his patrol car into a street closed to traffic, and ended up being stopped by one of the local citizens.

The patrol car turned into the street — closed to traffic from 7:00 to 8:30 in the morning — at about 7:35 a.m. and was soon stopped by a local resident, who pointed out the traffic violation to the assistant inspector at the wheel.
The assistant inspector summoned an officer from the traffic division to the scene, and was issued a ticket on suspicion of driving in an area closed to motor vehicles.
“I want to instruct our officers thoroughly to prevent a repeat of this incident,” said the deputy chief of the Matsue police.

If I was the police officer, I would make sure I get my revenge on the nosey resident, so he better not even try to litter or pick his nose in public. LOL

lol this is really really weird and funny at the same time… well on the other hand, it means not even the officer has the power to violate the rules themselves. this is what we called democracry
