The PS3 slim was launched yesterday in Japan and here’s a look at the long queues outside the special launch event at Yodobashi Camera in Akihabara.

I think the low turnout at the launch event is probably due to it being a weekday and there’s not much interesting PS3 game on the market. I would love to see the queue when Final Fantasy XIII gets released.


















The fact that most of the people that really wanted a ps3 already had one could be the reason that this one was not a success. Lets wait as you say, when a popular game comes out like FF to see if the number of ps3 sold goes up
I’ve been hearing the PS3 slim is overheating and generally slower than its older brother and if people really wanted the console then they’d skip work for a day
