Last Sunday, Nendoroid Asakura, Zetsubo Sensei, Kureha and Kagami visiting the Singapore Botanica Gardens. It was a lovely sunny day and everyone was excited about the outing.
However, Zetsubo Sensei started one of his “Zetsubou Shita!!!” ramblings and Asakura-oneechan decides to take matters into her own hands.
Asakura-oneechan had a fun time smelling those bright pretty flowers.
Kagami-chan thought the flowers looked really delicious and wanted to take a bite. Unfortunately it didn’t taste that nice =O
Sometime the best way to enjoy nature is to close your eyes and breath in deeply.
There was a lake in the middle of the park, and Asakura-oneechan found a swan that looked as beautiful as herself.
It was a hot sunny day and everyone was happy to cool off with a refreshing drink.
Kagami-chan found a nice cosy patch of ferns. She then had a fun game of hide-and-seek Asakura-oneechan.
Zetsubo-sensei invited Asakura-oneechan for a walk. There were some lovely flowers along the path as well. But then Harimao got bored and ran off, and Asakura-onee chan had to run after it. Seems like Harimao wanted to go for a swim but Asakura-oneechan said “No No”.
Zetsubo Sensei decided to teach Kagami-chan how a sun-dial actually works. Kagami-chan decided that Zetsubo Sensei was to boring and decided to have some “harmless” fun =P
After a long day, everyone gathered together for a group shot. But where is Zetsubo Sensei?

It took me quite some time to publish the photos because I was busy with losta stuffs over the couple of days. It was the first time I did such a long photo shoot. Basically we started at 1pm at the front gate and we left the other end of the park at 5pm.
I had losta fun doing the first chapter of Nendo’s Travelogue, and I look forward to the next outing even though we have not finalised on the location. Meanwhile, to see more fun Nendoroid action you should check out kodomut’s entry on the photoshoot as well.

What camera and lenses did you use?

I used both my Canon 40D and Lumix LX3. When I got tired halfway through the shoot, I kept my DSLR and shot with the Lumix.
photoshoots tend to be long when u’re with kodomut =P

Yeah, I just realised I took too little shots of Kureha.
You took some really nice pictures. You must have a really good camera on you because the quality of the pictures is really nice. I wasn’t sure if the Zetsubo nendoroid came with a noose because I peeked into my box and didn’t see a rope. I guess it’s well hidden.
My favorite picture would have to be Asakura Otome near the lily pads. I just like the angle that it was taken at.
Nendoroid Zetsubo does come with a rope. I hope you find it.

Yeah some folks just stared, some came up to talk to us. It was quite fun ^^
