Don’t Place Your Electronics On Japanese Train Floors

Its already quite dangerous riding on Japanese trains having to deal with insane crowd and perverted chikan. Now Japanese folks have to deal with another problem when riding the train: electromagnetism.

Here’s a clip by Kobe Shinbum featuring a couple of dancing paper clips on Kobe’s New Transit Company’s Rokko Liner. They stand up because of the magnetism caused by the electric current driving the motors located directly under the train’s floor.

So if you don’t want to lose your precious Dragon Quest IX Save Game, don’t place your Nintendo DS on the train floors!

LOL, that’s hilarious. I’m surprised the their phone/camera didn’t freak out so close to the floor. That angle they have it right on the floor.
