Japan has produced losta awesome anime and manga, but there will be a time where we will all be gone. So Oricon asked 900 men and women who love manga, which manga series do they most want to leave behind for future generation.

Here are the list of manga that our future generation might be reading:
- Slam Dunk 『SLAM DUNK』
- One Piece 『ONE PIECE』
- Dragonball 『
- Doraemon 『
- Sazae-san 『
- Detective Conan 『
- Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kōen-mae Hashutsujo 『
- Chibi Maruko-chan 『
- Hagane no Renkin Jitsushi 『
- Hana Yori Danshi 『

My choice would be One Piece because I know the Age of the Pirates will probably come someday.

why, pray tell, would any of those manga want to be put forward for future generations to read? ” here is a selection of manga from centuries past, this selection shows some of the most average and obviously mass audience-aimed medeocre tosh to ever crawl forth from the human mind”
you need something interesting, something that could represent solid representations of what we consider the future to be such as anything by Shirow Masamune, Nausicaa of the valley of the winds, neon genesis, 21st century boys.
Also manga that show japanese culture like Lucky Star or ….anything else that uses anime and manga culture to create its characters….yeah….
What im getting at is that this list is just a list of all the most popular manga, not the most representable of times past.
this list is pure ……..nonsence
LOL. Cool list.
By the way, it’s Hana Yori Dango (not Danshi)
Frankly, I’m surprised you got that wrong. Hanadan is like one of the most famous mangas in Japan!
