Nodame Cantabile Paris Sequel Will Be Final Season

Last year, I reported that Nodame Cantabile: Paris Sequel Scheduled For Fall 2009. Now we have news confirmation that the sequel will be the final season for the anime series.
The sequel is titled “Nodame Cantabile: Finale” 「のだめカンタービレ フィナーレ」 and is scheduled to be aired in January 2010 instead of the original Fall 2009. The anime will air in the same timeslot on Fuji TV as the previous two seasons.

While the anime goes into its final season, I’m hoping that the mangaka Tomoko Ninomiya will recover from her recent Acute Appendicitis, so that the manga series can keep going on.
Is a bittersweet news… i really like Nodame’s manga and anime, and the end is coming for both. Some rumors said that manga is in the final chapters and now, the announce of a “Nodame Cantabile Finale” for anime is like: this is it!
About the new date of opening, i believe that it is by the Ninomiya’s illness. Perhaps they want to have more episodes near at the end of the manga, to animate then. Bah, is what i think.
