Dragon Quest IX Allows Only Single Save Game
Fans are all eagerly awaiting the release of Dragon Quest IX to be released on 11 July 2009 for the Nintendo DS, but here’s a bummer news – the game will only allow you to create one save game.

This info was spread when the back cover of Dragon Quest was leaked online. When you look carefully at the bottom right corner, you can see the notification:
セーブできるデータは1つです Only 1 save game can be created

This is the first time I heared any RPG game implement such a system. That would make it even more difficult when choosing options at a major checkpoint of the story or choosing a particular class for the hero. >_<

It’ll also mean every member of a family that wants to play DQ IX will have to buy their own copy of the game, not that they really need a trick to get more people to buy DQ in Japan.
Yeah that would be irritating if more than one person in your family wants to play the game.
Well, if Pokémon’s a RPG-game too then DQIX isn’t the first game to implement this kind of annoying system.
heres a sollution, dont play this game =] i know i wont be, besides hand helds are personal, if i turned on FF7 and someone elses save was sitting on there (on my psp, d/led from ps3 store) i would RAAAAAAAAGE
