You would think that the nursery school is one of the safest place for kids to play and learn. But that place might also be the perfect place for scary pedobear. The head of a day care nursery school was arrested Monday in Kawaguchi, Saitama Prefecture, for allegedly uploading pictures of naked girls to a pedophile website. However, the photos are not of children at his school, police said.

Instead, they originated from a different web site. The name of the nursery school is Biinzu Tozuka-Angyo-eki-mae.

Satoshi Takahashi, 44, who lives in Kawaguchi, was arrested on suspicion of violating the child pornography law. According to the police, Takahashi sent eight photos of girls to the website via a cell phone in late October 2007. Takahashi was quoted as saying:

I wanted to exchange images with other people
