Azumanga Daioh Manga Revised Edition Released

If you didn’t know, our beloved Azumanga Daioh manga series celebrates its 10th anniversary since its first release. In celebration, the manga is being repackaged into a new three-volume set, and released as what you see below.

Apart from the original story, three new chapters will be release as “supplementary materials”.

I just love how the promotional jacket reads: “The 4-koma manga series of the 21st century began here”.


It needs to be re-released in the U.S. as well by someone other than ADV of course. ^_^;
yea, ADV even messed up the notes at the back of their Perfect Collection version of Azumanga Daioh (they didn’t revise the page numbers the references were on), but either way Azumanga is still a great read, references or not.
Also would like to add that the cover for this new collection is really nice! Gives you that Yotsuba feeling =3
