NTT Previews Cellphones in 2015

Ever wonder how cellphones will look like in 5 years time? NTT docomo gives us an interesting preview of what’s to come in the cellphone industry.

Why would someone want to play a flute with their cellphone?!

The concept of being able to read a newspaper with your cellphone scroll is a rather cool concept though.

    I like the scroll newspaper. Perhaps console makers could use this for their next handhelds, so it makes it easier to carry them about and protects the screen.

    The blood test unit and the flute unit seem a bit excessive, but the newspaper prototype is a good idea!

    Thats pretty cool. Someday, cellphones will be more like mini laptops with phone functions (im thinking like denno coil)

    e-paper! e-paper! we at least have that technology avaliable now! (tho only black-and-white so far)

    The main reason to use ePaper instead of LCD displays is because of flexibility and really,really low battery usage.

    I live in Mexico and in elementary school u have to play the flute for music class… guess in five years kids would just have to take their cellphone! lol
