Close Look At Eden of the East Cellphone

I know many of you are excited by the Eden of the East Cellphone, which I had reported last week. So here’s a couple of close up shots of how the phone looks like. I’m sure all of you would agree with me that it looks simple awesome.
How I wish NEC would release the cellphone worldwide. I would sign up for their “Selecao” plan immediately.

That is just so freaking cool! Not like I’d ever give up my iPhone, but still… sweet!
This looks so cool, but the first two snaps of it look kinda “toyish”. Wonder if they’ll be functional looking surreal like that in the final model? Because as it is, it looks like it came straight out of the anime.

So does anyone know when its coming out and how people outside of japan will be able to buy it? I translated the company website and it said no ETA on the phone but if anyone has heard anything about it please post it here.
