I do like some of the realistic interpretations of anime characters, but I don't really like Yoko's expression on this one. Also, something about the angle of her hips looks awkward and unnatural to me. The way they did her hair and outfit look great, though. I saw the pics in a blog and looks really amazing, with a lot of details in the skin. I like this collection of figures who look more realistic than just big eyes from anime.
