You would think everyone in Japan loves Lucky☆Star, but this disgruntled 22-year-old unemployed man named Yōsuke Ida decided that he hated the show and need to blow up the former home of Lucky Star manga creator Kagami Yoshimizu. The house had been converted into a museum with Konata’s bedroom and her cousin Yutaka’s room.

Thankfully, he didn’t get to carry out his devious plan because he decided to send out a bomb threat:
“I am going to blow up the site recreating the heroine’s room from the Lucky Star manga on April 25.”

Of course in the end, the authorities arrested him and the chamber of commerce and industry beefed up the security staff.

To reform that guy, they should tie him up and force him to watch every episode of Lucky☆Star for the next 12 months. That would definitely change his mind about doing something that devious.

I didn’t occur to me that someone could hate Lucky Star. It’d be intriguing to hear his reasoning.
Lucky Star rules, and these police stories always brighten my day.
Haha yeah I always get a good lol when I read those news stories.
yes. that fellow is pathetic. force him to watch lucky star for 12 months will definitely change his opinion.
In the recent crime news items you have been reporting about.. it occured to me that all the not-so-good-doers are all unemployed!
They probably have nothing better to do and go off doing evil stuffies^^;
Also, I didn’t know there was a lucky star museum/house, must go there next visit!
Where is that house?
