Some theives love to show off their loot. Take for instance this perv, he managed to succesfully steal a skirt from a woman’s residence. However, that was enough, so he had to put on the skirt and parade around, resulting in a subsequent arrest by the local police.
According to police, some time between 7 a.m. and noon on Saturday, a skirt went missing from the laundry hung outside by the 24-year-old woman who lives in Yokosuka City.
Just after noon, another woman saw Kato walking nearby wearing a skirt, and reported the incident to authorities. When police arrived and questioned the suspect, he admitted to having stolen the skirt.
Police said that Kato had removed his pants in a nearby park in order to put on the skirt. In addition to the skirt, he was wearing sneakers and a polo shirt when he was picked up.

I wonder if the police arrested him for: 1) cross-dressing 2) stealing a skirt or 3) indecency for changing in public. Maybe he would be charged with all 3 ^^
