Meido Beauty Salon

Otakus are a bunch of busy people, so once in a while they might forget to get a haircut and end up neglecting their outer appearance. To solve this problem, the ingenious folks in Akihabara came up with the concept of a meido beauty salon, to attract otakus to get their haircut. And the name of this salon -  MoeSham 「モエシャン」. Just look at those meido waiting happily to cut your hair (they don’t look happy at all for some reason).

Here’s a look at the inside of the simple salon:

They even decorated the hair products shelves with losta cute figures ^^

Since we are on the topic of getting our haircut, how often do you cut your hair and how much do you spend everytime?

I usually get my haircut once a month at a nice salon. I always pray that I get the cute girl to help wash my hair and help massage my head. ^^

I haven’t been to a salon since I stopped going with my mum, a barber is fine don’t need anything fancy. usually £6-£7.

Fat chance of having a cute girl here in the Philippines. All the salons here are run by Gay men.

I go to a barber shop. Quick. Cheap. Efficient.

That’s nothing compared to… oh let’s say, the topless salons in Europe.

ooo I didn’t know there were such salons. I would visit once someday if it was full of girls as cute as the idols I featured weekly.
