Abingdon Boys School – Strength

Took the chance yesterday to go shopping and picked up Abingdon Boys School’s latest single – Strength.

Despite only having 2 tracks, I though it was really worth the purchase since I enjoyed them alot.

The first track is strength which is also the fourth ending theme for the anime series Soul Eater. The second track FREEDOM is sung in English, though its difficult to make out all the words that he is singing without the lyrics.

Tracks listing:

  1. STRENGTH.
  2. Freedom

Here’s the PV of Strength I found on youtube, and I love the mic that he is using in the music video.

As a longtime fan of Takanori Nishikawa, I’ve always found his work under abingdon boys school to be kind of sub par compared to his work under T.M. Revolution. “Strength” was the first exception. I really, really love that song — especially the dramatic piano. It’s awesome. The second song on this single is pretty kickin’ also.
