Sometimes a prank can go overboard, and people start getting into real trouble. For instance, two men have been arrested for dumping water from their 11th floor balcony onto the heads of unsuspecting pedestrians.

Come to think of it, I did something similar before when I was young. I would make water bombs and throw them out of my window, aiming at folks who were getting into their cars. Thankfully no one caught me =P
