Actually this poster is a collaboration between Mitaka City’s Building Inspectorate and Dengeki. Basically it encourages people to conduct a full inspection to ensure that their house is safe to live in.

Just last week we saw the Really Cool Animated Commercial By Taisei Construction Company, now we have Taiga endorsing building inspection. Looks like the construction industry really see anime as a useful medium to convey their messages.
